How to STOP telling yourself you're not enough! IMPROVE your relationships by changing this belief!

TLDR: The belief "I'm not enough" is detrimental to your wellbeing and relationships. Thankfully, you can change this belief.

Believing you're not enough is painful and shame-inducing. Not only that, but our thoughts also shape our reality. So when you tell yourself "I'm not enough," you'll find partners who confirm this belief.

THANKFULLY, you can absolutely change this thought to healthier, more adaptive beliefs. In today's video, I will walk you through two beliefs to replace this old thought.

This type of self-improvement doesn't only help you and your relationships, but it affects everyone in the world. We live in a culture of "not-enough" and it is why so many people are suffering from anxiety, depression, and low self-worth.
